Ⅰ.We offers on-site training service according to progress of the project, installing, trying operation and production of the whole line as it is required on the technical materials and drawings.
Ⅱ. We gives training of installation, commissioning, use and maintenance to staff of customer under their arrangement.
Ⅲ. Instruct operators and maintenance staff.
Ⅰ. We guarantee the whole machine for 12 months;
Ⅱ.within the length of warranty, as for the products quality problem, the replacement components and expressage will be free of charge, but our staffs’ traveling expense, daily accommodation and compensation will be paid according to our standard;
Ⅲ. As for the problems happen out of the warranty period, or caused by wrong operation or repair without authorization within the length of warranty, we will collect our service charges as below:
1.our repairmen can apply for reimbursement according to their round-traveling tickets, the return ticket can be sent to you after our repairmen come back.
2.the accommodation compensation for our repairmen will be counted from the date of leaving our company to the date of finishing repairing, and it can be applied for reimbursement according to our company rules.
